Changing groups..

After thinking of ideas from the Design Festival brief I have now changed to the MOSI group. I am interested in the brief of creating an interactive space for 5 year olds within the museum. Hopefully I can use some of the ideas I had thought about previously and adapt them to fit with the new brief.

In the previous group I was thinking about how I could create a 'pop-up' space using knitting/crochet. My idea came from a wind breaker people would use on the beach to sheild themselves from the wind. I have experimented with creating a similar structure from knitting, using simple stitches such as drop stitches. I think this could be quite successful on a larger scale and would work well as a pop up structure that could be moved from one space to another efficiently.
