I really enjoyed Shelly Goldsmith's talk on Friday and was really interested in her work, especially the concepts behind it. I struggle to make artwork without a meaning and I feel like everything she does has a reason. I love how much research she does before a project and how much thought goes into each piece.
This Rorschach ink blot reminded me of a page I did in my sketchbook, painting one page and printing it onto the opposite - creating a similar symmetrical design.
